The WEEKEND!!

My family is here this weekend and so far it's been so fun.  While i was studying for a test all day yesterday they went shopping. After i was done we met and went to pizza hut and mandi's boyfriends football game. Which by the way was pretty cold.  After the football game we all came back to Krystals and had a sleepover.  What a fun day!! (oh and p.s. dad and jordan were not here cause they were fishing all day)

Larin said that i should put some of our wedding pics on here so i'm going to try.

DAY 2

So this isn't all i've eaten today but it's the only thing that i could really show at this point in time. I already ate the rest of the stuff (hehe).

But pretty much i love Thursdays. I don't have class today so i just get to lounge around all day in my sweats (or Larins) so until about 5 you will probably find me on my couch. :)  

Swimming at Green Canyon

So last night Jordan was hunting so we decided to take Kolbin swiming at green canyon. He was so fun.  But every time he went under he would leave his mouth open and sometimes his eyes.  We all just laughed and laughed at him. I think he had a good time though and really wore himself out.  I know everyone else was super tired and we all slept great!

*DAY ONE*

Today was awesome!! We didn't have to wake up till like 9 because we went to my brothers ward at 11.  Also this weekend my mom and sister were here to visit.  We had so much fun with them here.  But that is why we went to Jordan's ward.  After church we went back to his apartment and we started cooking dinner.  We had these sandwich type things that were so yummy (if you go onto My sister-in-law's blog you can find them) but cooking was just fun. After we ate we took a quick nap while the boys were watching the football game.  When we woke up my mother decided it was time for her to get back to Wyoming.  So we all said our goodbyes to Jordan Krystal and Kolbin and we headed back to Idaho Falls.  We got home and helped my mom get all her stuff packed up and back on the road.  I really wish that they still lived close because it is hard for them to leave.  But it is always fun to see them again. and now i am going to be doing homework and Larin is painting pumpkins. :)

So pretty much that has been my Sunday!!!

Hi. So this is my very first blog and i'm just getting into it.  I've heard from everyone that it is so fun. My sister-in-law gets all of these fun ideas from blogs. 
So anyway. I"m Kara Bounds. I am married to Larin Bounds. We have only been married for about 2 months and i love still being in the honeymoon phase!  
Larin and i met up at BYU-Idaho. I know i know so does every other LDS couple that goes there. :)  He and i were in the same volleyball class with coach reeves.  At first we were just friends but then we started spending more and more time together.  About 2 months after hanging out we knew we could deny that we liked each other.  He went back to California after the summer semester for about 9 months. So at least once every other month he would come and see me or i would go and see him. (yes that was very expensive).  By April we were engaged. Instead of staying in Cali he moved back here to Idaho to be with me and help out with the wedding plans.  We were married July 31, 2010, in the Newport Beach Temple.  

Right now we are living in Idaho Falls. Let's just say Idaho isn't the place Larin would have thought he would be.  He loves to surf and just be in the ocean. (hopefully someday i can convince him idaho isn't that bad.) :)  But for me i haven't really lived anywhere else so this is home. 
Larin is working at Qwest right now and he is doing very well. He is a very good talker and very good with people.  (i guess some lady he talked to wanted him to come to Arizona and marry her daughter.) needless to say he is very likeable.
I am the JV coach for Bonneville Volleyball. It has been such a great job and something that i want to continue doing.  I really have fun with the girls and seeing them grow as players and as girls.Tonight is our last games so hopefully we can end with a few wins.  
So pretty much this is my first official blog and i think it's going to be awesome!!!
